A Late Autumn Woodland Family Session | Somerset

This family session was originally scheduled for October but it was pushed back to a crisp, wintery but technically still Autumn afternoon. We just had our first dusting of snow the day before and I love that we got to capture even just a little bit of it as I know that it’s a bit of a novelty here in England!
I met Rebecca through a friend and now I’m regular at her restaurant The White Post Cafe in Langford Budville. Our babies were due around the same time so we bonded quickly over that and she’s proven to be such a strong, loving and admirable “Boss mum”. She is clearly glowing as a mother, and Ed clearly embracing the roll as the”Fun dad”. He truly is! Aren’t they lush?! Their beautiful, bright colours in contrast with the earthy browns were perfect. Their love for little Courtice melts my heart…nothing quite like the bond of your first born.
This time of year is a new favourite for sessions now:)
